Creative Overdose Studios from North Atlanta, Georgia is an interactive design and animation studio specialized in animating commercials, video game animation, character designs, motion graphics, 3D animated shorts, and many more. Your excellent commercial roofer from Atlanta, GA, took an interesting interview with their personnel and you can read it in the following lines!
- Company name and what do you do exactly? Full Company name
Creative Overdose Studios
- When did you start?
- Why did you start? Tell us about your goals
We Started this Creative Overdose because we wanted to work for ourselves and create jobs for local creatives.
- What motivates you? Describe your mission passion
Our passion is to bring peoples vision and dreams to life. Be it their own business or an idea for an animated tv show. We’re also passionate about our own projects. We love to animate and be creative!
- What was the most fulfilling moment that happened to you?
What is it that you love most about what you do?
What we love the most is being able to share our gift/talent with everyone and to help others. Not to mention being able to make our own schedule. lol!
- What was the hardest/toughest moment you had to deal with?
Obstacles you faced when dealing with bureaucracy, permits, funding, etc. Something you would like to point out to anyone who might be starting their own organization.
One of the hardest moments for us would be the fear of failure. We’ve failed plenty of times. We dwelled on those failures for a while but that wasn’t helping us grow. So we learned from our failures and pushed forward. We could have given up but that wasn’t an option. We love doing what we do.
- What separates you from the rest? Why you?
You can actually get in touch with us. lol! We meet with our clients and keep them included in the whole creative process and even educate them on how things work. They really appreciate that. Most companies take a job and then give their client the final result without the client even knowing if what they received was what they really wanted. Even though they paid.
- Are you involved in the local community, and if yes, how?
Yes! We’re always asked to speak at elementary, middle, and high schools as well as some colleges. Mainly to give them insight into what they might need to do if the students want to pursue a career in the creative field. We get a lot of questions about animation and starting your own company.
- Where do you see your business in 5 years?
In 5 yrs? We see ourselves producing great animation shows and short films. having more creatives on our team that share the same passion as we do. Also, bringing those jobs to Atlanta. We plan on being a household name.
- Anything else you would like to add?
Sometimes we have mandatory dance breaks at the studio. lol!
